Shira…head, Dhara…continuous flow. Shirodhara is a form of Ayurveda therapy that involves a gentle pouring of liquids over the forehead. We use Ksheera Bala Oil or SUNDÃRI Oil sourced from the southern regions of India. We recommend Shirodhara for treating the head, neck, eyes, nose and throat. It is also a fantastic treatment for fighting central nervous system concerns and for those concerned with issues with their hair and scalp. We also recommend it for those who work or study hard, or those just wishing to remain youthful forever.
